Hotel is not liable or assure any error/omissions caused while using the web site due to unexpected technical error/fault.
The terms and conditions of the Hotel will be applicable while proceeding the Reservation and during the stay at the Hotel property
Hotel authorities has the right to ascertain guest details to confirm hospitality services during the stay in the hotel.
Hotel has the right to cancel reservations if the information provided by the guest is false or incomplete.
Hotel has the full right to add/amend or to make changes the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Maintain good relation/ self respect to all to serve you better inside the hotel premises and hotel will be liable to impose charges for any losses /damages to the property in any nature.
Hotel is not liable for any losses/damages or any other expenses incurred as a result of cancellation of Reservation.
Hotel will not accept any liabilities for any failure due to the condition beyond our control.
Hotel has the right to waive any rights pertaining for a special occasion or condition subject to mutual understanding.
Hotel Check in is 02.00 PM onwards and check out is on or before noon. Early check in and check out is subject to availability.
Cancellation charges will attract within three days of confirmed Reservation. And no refund if with in 24 hours.
Cancellation charges will attract for group booking (5 Rooms and more) within 25 days of arrival.
All standard Hotel policies are applicable unless specific service is mentioned at the time of Reservation.
Hotel has the right to evict any unauthorised occupants in the room and no gatherings and parties of any nature is allowed in the room.
Hotel reserves the right to suspend reservation or get out of the premises if any kind of misconduct/misbehaviour or any medical reasons/intoxication or safety issues from the part of guests. Guests should obey the instructions given by the Hotel employees and abstain from harassing/discriminating or endanger other guest.
Guests will not be permitted to compromise health, safety and security instructions of the hotel authorities.
Proof of valid photo identity in original to be produced at the time of check in.
Outside food /beverages not allowed in the premises.
No conflicts/bargain will be entertained after the receipts of service.
Maintain adequate neatness and hygiene in public area and nudity is prohibited.
Assets and valuables of the property should not be damaged or destroyed
In case of any allergies , sensitiveness or intolerances should be intimated in advance and hotel will not be responsible for any consequences.
Guests are advised to store valuables in safe deposit lockers in your room and hotel will not be responsible in any manner.
Parking of vehicles is at owners risk.
Hotel is no way liable to accept liabilities for any loss regarding the transportation ,travel delay ,injury ,damage beyond our control and the service offered due to unexpected strike, Hartal, fire, flood or natural calamities or by govt. regulations.
We accept all credit /debit cards, net banking , bank transfers, UPI etc. and pre authorisation will be taken for group booking, total stay etc on your arrival.
Taxes are applicable at the time of Reservation made.
Extension of stay is subject to availability and applicable as per current rate .
Privileged bookings/ special offers can not be cancelled /changed or refunded.
Refund of the booking amount after the deduction of cancellation charge will be credited with in 7 working days using the same payment mode.
Children up to 5 years of age can stay free subject to the availability of cribs. Additional charges applicable up to 12 years and above will be at adult rate.
In case of any conflict /dispute it will be under Kerala jurisdiction.
