The reservation once confirmed , a confirmation voucher with number is generated and produce the copy at the time of check in.
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 60 hours prior to scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guest should notify the property via e-mail/phone/whatsup. Cancellation made within 60 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax. No show will also be charged for one night’s room rate plus tax. During season/peak period/special events a longer cancellation period may apply and which will be specified at the time of booking. Guests are advised to read full cancellation policy. Group cancellation will be allowed only 25 days prior to the scheduled reservation.
The modification/cancellation request for bookings made online will be processed automatically through the internet booking engine. Any refund shall be done through the system in accordance with the applicable modification/cancellation rules.
In case of early check out guests are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation.
Refund of the booking amount after the deduction of cancellation charge will be credited with in 7 working days using the same payment mode.
Privileged bookings/ special offers can not be cancelled /changed or refunded.
No refund if any cancellation within 24 hours.

Airport pick up/ drop should be intimated in advance at the time of reservation.
